Building "F" has (4) 10ft x 10ft units and (5) 20ft x 40ft units, All units are 10ft tall and dry walled. Each unit also has a light and 2 outlets. Each unit has a metal roll up door and has a sliding handle that you lock with your own pad lock. MaPL storage does not lock or hold keys for any unit.

Prices

10ft x 10ft - $90 per month

20ft x 40ft - $320 per month

During the winter months we do plow in between the building but your individual locker must be cleared by you.

Your items stored in your unit are not insured by MaPL storage. Most items will be covered by your home owners insurance, but please ask your insurance agent for more info.

Each unit is rented on a month to month basis. There are no contracts. Discounts may be available for long term clients that pay upfront. Please ask us for more details.

To sign up for a unit please call or email to set up an appointment. We will show you around the facility so you can pick which unit is best for you. If you choose a unit there is a short form to fill out with your basic information. There is also an agreement to sign that says this is a month to month arrangement that may be canceled at any time with 30 days notice.

MaPL storage does not send out bills. To lower our costs for you we do not send out bills. Rent is due on the 1st of every month with a 5 day grace period. Rent can be paid with cash or check only. We do supply you with self addressed envelopes for your convenience. There is a drop box located at our facility for easy access.
