MaPL Storage is a Family owned storage unit and office rental facility located in Franklin, WI. The facility is located at 7761 West Ryan Road on 2 and a half acres of land.

MaPL Storage consists of six buildings all 40ft x 120ft with the main building having a second floor. All Buildings are of wood construction with composite siding, cedar trim, asphalt shingles and aluminum soffits and gutters.

The main building (Building "A") has 14 heated units ranging in size from 5ft x 10ft up to 20ft x 40ft. These garages have insulated panel doors, and are equipped with a fire sprinkling system.

Also on the lower level of this building is the Main Office for MaPL Storage. This office manages all the storage units as well as the commercial offices upstairs. As just mentioned there are 10 rental offices on the second level. Along with these offices there are two bathrooms and a small waiting area.
